A blend of 92% Sauvignon Blanc and 8% Semillon,  all of the grapes are harvested in the cool of the morning to ensure the crisp and refreshing qualities of the wine.  The wine is straw coloured with hints of lime and fig, the complex flavours carry over into the creamy harmonious palate with a lovely zesty finish.  Perfect for drinking now with smoked seafood, creamy poultry dishes or veal
