Welcome to We Are Wines – We specialize in beautiful quality wines, wine case offers, wine gifts, corporate gifts, champagnes, discovery cases and will happily supply wine for weddings, parties or events.
All of our wines have to pass our tasting panel, and must possess the "wow" factor in terms of quality, taste and presentation before they are listed - so we are sure you will love them just as much as we do

Purchase Methods And Security
All of our prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
We accept Mastercard, Visa debit, Visa credit card and Switch.
When you have completed your order and payment you will receive a "Thank you" email confirming your order.
We use Lloyds TSB "cardnet" to process transactions alongside "Sagepay" who provide a gateway service to secure your card details. Cardnet and Sagepay use the latest encryption technology to ensure your card purchase is safe.
Is There A Minimum Purchase?
No, there is no minimum purchase, and our "Mix and Match" service allows you to make up your own cases of wine – although it is worth remembering the delivery charge is the same for up to 12 bottles to the same address.
PLEASE NOTE DURING THE WEEK 23RD AUG 2013 TO 30 AUG 2013 DELIVERIES WILL BE SUBJECT TO DELAY OWING TO THE BANK HOLIDAY COURIER SCHEDULES.
We deliver to mainland UK addresses, excluding offshore islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Invernesshire – some remote mainland addresses may be subject to a delay in delivery.
Orders for Burton on Trent, Uttoxeter, Derby or Lichfield areas will normally be delivered within 2 days. Deliveries to other areas will normally take 3 - 5 working days from despatch. Once we have received your order your delivery details will be forwarded on to you, along with tracking details to follow your parcels' progress.
If you need your wine in a hurry, or you would like to place a large order please contact us for delivery costs.
What If No-one Is At Home To Receive The Order?
If no one is at home to receive the order the courier will leave a card and redeliver at a convenient time. Alternatively to avoid redelivery you can instruct the courier to leave the delivery in a safe place. Simply fill out the text box at the checkout stating a safe dry place to leave the order eg "in the shed" or "with the neighbour". However it is important to note that in the unlikely event that the unsigned delivery goes missing we cannot be held responsible for the lost goods. Better still have the wine delivered to your workplace - simply fill out the "delivery address" details to your work place and we will deliver there
We cannot sell wine to anyone under the age of 18. You will confirm you are over the age of 18 when you place your order. In addition, upon delivery the courier has a duty to ensure the recipient is 18 years or above – and may ask for ID before leaving the order.
If you purchase wine as a gift for someone, the recipient must be over 18 years old.
Due to the large number of premium wines we offer, we may have limited availability on some lines. If a particular wine becomes out of stock after you have placed your order we will contact you to inform you of a delay in delivery, offer you an alternative or provide you with a refund.
Returns and Cancellations
If any bottles are broken or spoilt upon delivery, contact us and we will arrange for a replacement. In most instances the courier will note if the product appears to be broken and will advise you. If the parcel is damaged advise the courier who will return it to us and we will organise a replacement. Please note We Are Wines send out parcels in approved "wine transit" packaging and cannot be held responsible for delays, damage to property, personal injury etc if the parcel is then broken or damaged whilst in transit through third party couriers.
Should you wish to cancel your order (after it has been dispatched) you may do so up to 7 days after the delivery has been made. Simply contact us and send the un opened bottles back to us (at your own expense) within 28 days and we will provide you with a refund
Where the reference is to a "case" of wine this will contain 6 bottles – unless indicated otherwise.
We will do our very best to ensure you enjoy your shopping experience with We Are Wines, however we cannot be held liable for events which are simply beyond our control such as:
- Delayed delivery, due to adverse weather conditions, strike action, road closures, or other events
Consumers should also be aware that:
- Alcohol should be consumed in moderation
We are Wines cannot be held liable for damage to property, or personal injury
- Cases of wine are heavy – take care when lifting – we recommend you carry 1 or 2 bottles at a time to avoid lifting heavy boxes
- Sparkling wines are volatile – particularly after transit – take great care when opening
- Red wine in particular can stain please take special care to avoid spillage
- Our liability to you in connection to any order will not exceed the total price charged for the items.
Bulk Buy Policy
Some products have a strictly limited availability. To make it fair for everyone these lines will be limited to a maximum order per customer.
Some bottle shots or "more information" files may show wine of a particular vintage. These files are used to give a general impression of the product, although we try to use the most up to date information given to us by suppliers. The wine we stock will sometimes be of a different vintage, or the most up to date vintage. If you require a particular vintage or have any questions before placing an order - please email us email@example.com
By providing us with your details when using the website you consent to We are Wines recording, holding and using the information to process your order, this information also improves the service we offer to you and allows us to inform you of promotions which may be of interest to you. We take your privacy very seriously and all information is collected lawfully, in accordance with the data protection act.
We are Wines make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct, accurate and up to date. However, We are Wines take no responsibility for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
